River Farrur

The northern river feeding Lake Farvig from the west, iced over most of the year. Every summer the great Farrur salmon run up it, and the clans meet at the falls to net them; the Hrodvald say that if the salmon come late, a stelest has lied at the Reldith. The white Farrur birch, whose bark lights fires and whose sap makes a sweet spring drink, and the Farrur reindeer, herded by the Uusung and hunted wild by the Hrodvald, carry its name.
