The Drowned City

By Caelvennois legend, the Builders of the Age of Ruins built a city so beautiful that the lake rose to keep it, and the very old say its roofs can be seen on calm nights. The Drowned Court teaches that the Builders did not vanish but sleep there, that the lake is their dream, and that when they wake the water will rise and take back what was theirs, and Solvaine will end. No one has found the city.
