Old Tsau's Shrine

An illegal roadside shrine to the household spirits on the Sorogei road, kept for fifty years by Old Tsau. Every magistrate in that time has known and decided not to notice, because their wives leave offerings there. Old Tsau gives soup to conscripts and advice to everyone, and knows what the peasants of the Reach actually think.
