The coast of Clan Fevur in the northeast, where Sun-Turners keep Iévaine's fire burning through the long dark in a lamp that must never go out, tended by a woman who inherits the role. Selra tolerates them because their Caelvennois contacts bring grain; the storm priests hate them.
