Tsenkin Highlands

The mountain province around Lake Tsenkin and the archive-city of Tsenkin. Its bamboo mountains are home to the Tsenkin panda, the imperial beast that is never hunted, and to the macaques that raid the archive-city's gardens. Silk-goats are herded for their fiber, and ginseng grows on the heights. Two peoples live here outside the Doctrine: the Tsenkin Hill-Folk, who keep the Unseen Kin openly, and the monks of the Way of the Empty Bowl, whose monasteries stand in these mountains.
