The Tontanor Fords

A crossing of the Tsanha a few days' ride downriver from Lake Surmave, not to be confused with the Tsanha fords at the lake mouth. Shaghis the Gray set the walled capital of the Charnazin of Tontanor here in 455, and its ruins still stand. Since 1141 Sarsak Tolmar's camp, Tolmar-Buyor, has stood on those ruins, with the barge-town of Ford's End moored alongside.
